THE STORY:
After taking a long detour due to the trail being closed, I finally reached a viewpoint on the border of Ticino and Valais in Switzerland. This location had been on my list for a long time, and I was thrilled to finally be there. As planned, the Milky Way was rising in the middle of the frame over the mountains, and shortly after, I crawled into my sleeping bag and gazed out at the starry night sky in complete solitude. It was an incredibly peaceful moment.
