THE STORY:
My friend and I decided to shoot the Wetterhorn mountain after work. We didn't check the forecast but thought there could be cool clouds for sunset pictures. We drove up an alpine road, parked our car, and climbed a little hill that offered a great view over the valley. While we were there, we noticed a big storm in the distance moving towards us, but since we were only a few minutes from safety, we decided to wait it out. However, soon after, we found ourselves running for shelter as the storm passed right above us. After waiting for about 20 minutes, we went back to shooting and were able to capture the crazy atmosphere and even some lightnings.
